Never noticed it before the high res texture pack so i am guessing its to blame, but the black and brown bears pelts are now the wrong colors.

If you crying about that, then you should maybe stop playing skyrim. I think that if they try to fix that bug then it would ruin the ''fantasy'' part of the game.

I didn't take the HD pack, I already had most of everything HD'd from Nexus. Didn't wanna lose all that stuff just to check it out.

I guess I could install the game somewhere else to check it though, or would that not work?
Pelts are coloured properly on my game atleast. (Why does Google Chrome think "coloured" is spelled wrong when "colored" is fine. American company I guess)

Bizarro Todd think bear pelts are RIGHT colors.
