ideas for skyrim patch

Hey everyone, i just had a few ideas for some things i would like to see patched in Skyrim. If anyone else has any input or ideas they'd like to share feel free to post here.

*Shadowmere non essential character.
I feel Shadowmere should be treated as an essential character like in oblivion, it's a real pain sometimes trying to complete certain quests where you're outside and you get attacked by an elder dragon who kills Shadowmere rather quickly. There's no way to revive him(in 360 version at least), so of course you have to re-load from a previous save if you want him back.

*Vampirism lvl. 4 (100%) aggro.
One of the other things that i would like to see patched is how whenever you reach vampirism lvl 4 you are attacked on sight, it is quite frustrating being in the middle of a dungeon quest and becomming a blooded vamp. I have found myself fast travelling back to a city to sell my loot on more than one occassion, having completely forgotten about my current vamp lvl and being attacked by nearly every npc in the area on sight. Several times i have fled from the city to wait untill nightfall and feed, forgetting that shadowmere is waiting outside the city walls and will join the fight. Which of course, also gets him killed.

I do realize these are not technically "glitches" or "bugs", however i would still like to see these features removed if possible. Maybe its just me, but i think it might make the game alot less stressfull. Let me know your thoughts, thanks.

I posted a topic a few days ago where one particular word wall would not activate and let me learn it. It happens to be the final word for one of one of the shouts I have. The music plays at the word wall, and the hissing noise occurs, but nothing lights up. It's pretty frustrating so thats definitely at the top of my list.

As far as the part in the OP about vampirism, it's my understanding that is just one of the cons of contracting vampirism. I have yet to become a vampire, but from what I've read, it just seems to be the biggest con of being a vampire.

To the OP, I've heard Vamprism is annoying at higher levels. Do you get attacked by everyone at the highest Vampirism level? If so that svcks.

Doesn't Shadowmere respawn at the pond where you first get him? Also having everyone attack you as a vampire is a con of being a vampire, no real way around that.

In Oblivion did you get attacked by every NPC when you were the highest vampire level? I don't know.

Hmm... I think so, I tried to never let that happen usually because of sun damage being such a pain. Even on the early stages the sun would still bring you down pretty quick, so I'm not entirely sure.
