Yup. All NPCs act like they're so boss, when they actually svck. The only challenging NPCs are really only Draugr, werewolves, and guards. Oh, and bandit leaders and mercenaries. And probably some others.

Not if you're me... level 81, no quests or anything done, only ~92 armor rating, 500 health and stamina. Get 1-shotted by Draugr arrows.

I think you need more HP... I only have 1 character at lv 81 but he has over 600 hp with 300 base stamina.

It was even more funny when I saw my 1st dragon, said "HO HO HO you're going down BEYOTCH" and then got one hit killed by being bitten to death and tossed aside like a small child.

Damage wise YES. I fought Hevnoraak for the first time and he KILLED ME WITH 1 LIGHTNING BOLT. I had 300 hp and no magic resistance. Still over 300 damage from 1 bolt hurt.

I've had Afflicted run to me with their butter knives yelling "Time for you to die" and "Now you'll pay". I killed them like Mudcrabs and then looted their incredibly mismatched clothing/armor.
