The master Vamp gets to transform but can leap/fly short distances but can also in wing form cling and crawl on any surface,of course in transform mode he is totally visible no matter what.

is that lore friendly?

I hope they back it up with a quest or lore book. I mean, some vampires from Valenwood can turn into mist. So that is far more unnatural than transforming into a bat.

If they can add it with having proper counters and be within reason, then sure. But I am worried. Very very worried.
