I just downloaded the 1.4 to my Xbox 360. A few hours in I saw a man running, naked, toward me. I was very alarmed, only to find out it was the courier. But, where were his clothes? Did anyone else experience this?

That is not new, i currently have none of the patches (wireless xbox live thing is broke) and i have came accross him twice, must have been honeytrapped

The recruitable NPC in the tavern in Riften that sits on a bench there, Macurio or some such. But I'm on PC.....plus I had just installed a mod to improve his looks.....hmm, now I wonder if that was intentional.

it's not new been there since day one

Totally happened to me, before patch 1.4 came out. When it happened to me, I just happened to be mass murdering everyone in Windhelm. (Before I turn my game off I save, and kill everything in sight for fun.) And as I was hacking away at guards and Ulfric Stormcloak himself, a nvde courier ran rat at me. I was also alarmed and hacked him up on sight, Only for him to get up and tell me he had a message for me. he told me I had inherited money from one of the countless number of people I had just slaughtered. It was quite the bizzare scene...

If you pickpocket them, youll find they do have their clothes in their inventory.
For some reason they just dont equip them.

I've noticed just lately that everytime I kill a bandit or something with a sword they get launched about 15 ft away from me.

This was the first courier I came across. I was actually worried that Skyrim was not going to be a serious game when this happened.

So I slayed him.

And here I always thought that the near-nvde couriers was an intentional thing, like the guy wore minimal clothing to lessen his load. LOL on me.

Do you hit them with any type of shock or fire source beforehand? That is usually what causes it.

As for the naked courier, that's been happening since release, it's not so much a huge glitch, it's just the A.I failing to equip clothes when he spawns sometimes for some reason.
It has no relation to the 1.4 patch.

I saw something similar to this, except with bandits. A small encampment of just four bandits, and all of them were naked. I lol'd when they just started running towards me to throw punches.
