Crouching courier?

Anybody else had a courier come up to you that's crouching and sneaking around, gives you a message and then proceeds to sneak around some more..I've seen the naked courier but I just thought this was odd

He's just trying to avoid the super mutants, because he's not a high enough level to take on one with a minigun yet.

Had the same thing happen with one of the beggars in Riften. Had to follow him to make sure he wasn't going to try to break into my house :nono:

Strange..when the courier thing happened to me it was in riften
