Vernaccus and Bourlor

I just read this book that I found in a cave that two trolls reside in. You might be wondering what the significance is. Well, the book is 27 pages!!! Also it's a great story of an archer and a daedra. If you find it I really suggest reading it. Props to Bethesda to making the game so immersive.

I've found a few copies of that book.

Did you read all 27 pages?

+1 That was a good book. I don't remember where I found it, but I remember the story.

Some of the books are real gems. None are totally uninteresting, but some just svck me in. What's worse is when they are multi volume books, then I have to find them all. Fortunately I have read Wolf Queen, The Real Barenziah, Mystery of Talara in earlier games. (probably messed up the spelling on those last two)

Yes, I know about the Imperial Library, but that's not in the game........

I just wish so many of the books weren't recopied from the previous games. It made more sense in the past games which all took place around the same time period. However, Skyrim is some 200 years later... You would have thought a few more authors had written a bit more about what had happened in the last 2 centuries.

I did. The story pulled me in. Normally I don't, but that was a really good one.

Before release I had seriously expected the books to be over 50% new, because of what you say.
I never once thought they would go the Oblivion route and just copy 90%

I mean, I know I talk about dissapointments a lot but come on.

There are some good new books in the game, notably the Songs of the Return and the Accords of Madness (though that last one may be Shivering, I cant remember.)
