I see them lurking from time to time. I'd say they tend to post most often in the Mods or Creation Kit forums, though.

I hope so, I want them to know how much I care for a feature to change my character's appearance (as said here: http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1336323-anyone-else-wish-they-could-change-their-characters-looks/).

Either ingame (via barbershop, mirrow, etc) or outgame (console command, like on PC) I don't care but such a feature would really improve my game enjoyment. Knowing that Bethesda lissens to their fans (even though they don't necesailly have to agree) makes it worth posting on here.

Some fans call it 'complaining' but I think discussing features you like and dislike is the ultimate fanservice. The fact that people take their time to complain means they care enough about the game.

They do sometimes, but i recall somebody saying that they log in as anonymous users so you don't know when they are here.
