Things you make your follower wear

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 8:32 am

My follower, Argis the Bulwark, is in full legendary enchanted dragon plate armor with a Daedric mace of depleting, and a 50% health regen ring on. He's never been close to dying. He also has some random bow that he busts out that I didn't authorize. But he goes and busts it out at will anyway...

On my barbarian warlord playthrough, I caught Mjoll & Aerin in an ambush when he decided to find out if the rest of skyrim was really as bad as Riften. Now Aerin is dead, and I've taken Mjoll for myself. She wear savior's hide w/ prisoner's footwraps/cuffs.

Surprisingly she doesn't seem to miss him.

On the PC you can just type showinventory in the console and then remove the items with console commands.

Eola is my only girl. She's been modified with Skyrim NPC Editor (mostly to make her more of a mage), but I retained her overall looks. She's the best!

I had her in the Forsworn headdress for quite awhile, but have since tried different outfits.

I do not have any screenies, but I have enjoyed Kharjo's company on one of my characters. I outfitted him in full Ebony, except i gave him an Orcsh helm. Orc helms really fit The cat faces well, the slots fit the eyes, the nose comes out right, basically the parts of a khajiit face you wouldnt think to fit in an enclosed helm are left uncovered by an Orc helm. gave him an Ebony war ax and an ebony shield to go with it.

i think my favorite on him so far is when he is critically injured, but then stands up and shouts " this.....isn't OVER!" and draws an arrow on the enchanted Elven bow i gave him. he also isnt scarcastic like Lydia when i ask him to carry some phat lootz. Everything he says makes him feel like a good friend.

Otherwise, Lydia in Dwarven armor with a silver circlet, or in the Blades armor you find a bit later. I like her in the Blades armor best so far.

I put the Azura priestess dark elf in full Glass once, but I didnt like that much. Havent experimented beyond that.

I don't usually give followers armour to use, as they don't keep it on when I dismiss them.
However when I take Aela the Huntress with me on my travels I'll give her Saviour's Hide and Forsworn boots + gauntlets to wear.
Or if I'm wandering with Erandur, I'll give him an enchanted set of steel plate armor with an apprentice hood.

Eh? I thought Derkeethus had the eyes of a "DERP HERP" argonian. Although he's decent looking in your picture.

A little bit of appearance tweaking doesn't hurt

He is still slack-jawed and derpy though.

Just like that guy on the left <----

The only follower I ever gave armor to was Mjoll. (full Orcish)
I still don't know if I should give my current follower (Brynjolf) any armor. His current one seems pretty good. Is it the Guild Master armor? Sure looks like it. Mjoll for example had an Iron set, minus helmet, which she didn't have at all.

I gave Brynjolf a dragon priest mask  (A mod I'm working on allows me to force any NPC to follow me)

I was going to put Aela in the forsworn outfit but thought it looked too skimpy. I usually switch between fur outfit, light Imperial armor, or since 3 days ago she is wearing the Penitus Oculatus armor.
