Dragons are supposed to be a pretty big deal in Skyrim, aye? That is what I thought untill I noticed that a frost troll or a giant, or even a mammoth can single handedly kill an Elder Dragon(whom I believe is the strongest dragon without a specific name). Also, I noticed that the Daedric armor is better than the dragon armor even though you need 100 in blacksmithing to create Dragon armor and only 90 to create daedric armor. Not sure why I created this topic but I would just like to know if anyone is thinking the same way or have an explanation I have simply missed.

"better" doesn't mean much since all armor can reach cap through smithing. It is mostly about looks once you are into the game.

Daedric > uses metal
Dragonbone > uses bone

its quite obvious that bone requires alot more skill when you consider youre just hammering on it.

I suppose that's right but that doesnt explain that a tiny frost troll can kill an elder dragon solo...
