Playing as a 'good guy' and having everyone trating you like a criminal scum is no fun.

It is the definition of an assault. The one who attacks first is the one who starts the fight.

I don't think this issue will ever get looked at. Maybe when a final release of the physical copy of the game is out. Really worrying about this hidden and irrelevant stat is the least of concerns, not to invalidate yours

Don't pre-judge people / animals.

Personally, I hardly ever look at those stats. Unless you RP as a hunter/survivalist, or need the leather, I dont see much need to kill animals. With bears and wovles, I can usually pick up enough hides for leather to craft things. Otherwise, I'll just by it.

I cast runes under goals/foxes/bunnies and dear as I pass them, Blowing up all skyrim's wildlife with magic landmines. I bed I have a ka-jillion assaults because I seek them with detect life and blast em with rune master.

Btw, I have got a high assault count. I like to hunt and kill animals for their meat, fur and ingredients, as well as kill humans before I get discovered and then die because I get overrun. I do it knowingly. I also know that foxes do not like to get their skin pulled off just so I can wear it.

I also have two murders in my stats. No idea who I killed, but they must have been innocent bystanders. They were not intentionally, what the law sometimes refers to as manslaughter rather than murder.

I lost my innocence when I caught a fish, gutted it and fried it myself.

Killing Fox an Deer is actually theft and poaching.

Bandits - if you attack first, it's assault.
