My magicka is not filling up. What can be wrong? I tried healing at an altar. That does not work. I leveled up and that filled my magicka. But in between levelin, whatever i use from the magicka will not regenerate with time or sleepin or eating.......

Are you wearing any enchantment that stops magicka regeneration? check the active effects screen and make sure nothing is causing it, otherwise I'm not sure, maybe a mod interfering with it? what platform are you on?

its in your magika menu.- tab, magic, bottom of the list.

Not sure about this game, but that is what caused this in earlier games. In this game it just slows down the rate of regen.

In Skyrim it is just 50% less magicka regeneration, I got confused too by previous titles
