You are a bit late...a few days ago that was the topic of many many threads. Just use the search function . But yeah, the keynote was great (all of it, not just the game jam) and the mods they worked on where pretty much hilarious.

In one of those threads it was also said that some of them will make it in the game somehow.

There is a large mud crab skeleton in the game, I forget where exactly, but I think in a south westerly way...

Yes, I think it was somewhere in the plains around Whiterun, between Rorikstead and some Giants' fire. Plains for sure, the more exact description could be wrong though. It should be near the road leading to Rorikstead.

Edit: It is far from the size of the modded mudcrab king though .
