During the quest to defeat the wolfqueen you come across a picture of her in armour.

Right now i have the Stormcloak officer helmet and Savior hide, wich is the closest thing, but the helmet is a bear head, is their a wolf version anywhere?

BTW: iam not sure if this is the right place to ask this. And using Google on the subject was not very succesfull. And no i dont play this on pc so i cant mod it in.

Forsworn boots and gloves should fit well I think.

Wolf armour from the companions has few wolf head sculpted in it. But it's not quite what you are looking for.
