Does anybody know the story behind Witchmist Grove(south of Windhelm), like why is the a hagraven named Moira there who wont attack or isn't able to be spoken to. And also i found a random place Southeast of Windhelm that is a hot spring where there are a couple of hunters with no clothes on, I just thought this was funny and decided to share it with my question.

Witchmist Grove is associated with a quest, along with the hagraven there. Don't kill her.

And yes, little things like hunters taking a nice dip in hot springs that make this world much more alive than people give it credit
