So I've played and played and played Skyrim. Every time I've been in Ustengrav to fetch the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller, I pick up the note from Delphine, plunder urns, etc. and depart. Well this time, after I took the note I actually moused over the tomb and what do you know it said to activate it (most likely always did). So for the first time in hundreds of hours of gameplay I clicked on it and got my freebie. Never even new it was there, how sad is that?
