i have tried everything..is there no fix for this stuttering?? any suggestions any1??

What platform are you playing on?

I'm on Xbox, and have only minor stutter occasionally but I do have a ridiculous amount of screen tearing. Games been out for 3 months and 4 patches and it still doesn't look like the E3 gameplay.
