What skills should I choose other then Smithing up to Orc armor and then heavy armor of course (I plan on RPing a Orcish warrier who travels from stronghold to stronghold.

Maces would be appropriate to have - either 1 or 2 handed should do.
Heavy armor if you want to stick with the whole Orc vive of things.
If I were you I would limit myself to not use magic and rarely use shouts (other than your racial bonus), that way you become more of the typical brute.
I would also spend most of my points in health, some on stamina and none on magicka.

Anything else?

Oh and you misspelled 'warrior' on the title, just FYI.

I'd add a restriction to never use merchants in the cities or villages. Make him a real isolationist.

Heavy armour and two handed will go good with smithing.

A true Orc must have his battleaxe or warhammer ready to crush the skulls of Skyrim.

Yes I was thinking maybe I would switch around between double maces, mace and shield, and th proubly a battle axe. also oops not really paying attention. Also I was thinking more into stamina so that I can have constant power attacks espially when im double handing maces

I'd go 2-hander, Heavy Armor, Smithing, Alchemy (Perform your smithing in mines, alchemy in caves.) and *completely* avoid everything magic, aside from collecting shouts (but not using them at all).

That means avoiding the books that give you skill-ups for magic, never so much as even use a beginner spell - restoration spells included, and play on increased difficulty.

Probably even ignoring followers unless a quest forces you to bring one for its completion (like Farkas - Dustman Cairn).

For Heavy Armor get familiar with the armor cap, and plan your perk investment appropriately at it is easy to hit the cap via smithing, even using Orc armor.

As for armaments, you can go either way: 2H or 1H + Shield, as Orcs get +5 skill points to those 3, so it is your preference.

Enchanting is fine, as Orcs get +5 in this too. They are legendary smiths after all.

There is your guy.... after maxing all of those you'll need to come up with a new skill to start leveling. Personally I would probably start on Speech, increasing the buying/selling price perks (you now have experience being a wandering sellsword) and also put perks up the right side of the tree to get Intimidation. I am not saying use bribery or persuasion in dialog options, those are just the necessary pre-req perks to be a a menacing warrior.

Go on a killing spree like that "Old Orc" you meet looking for your Good Death. It's very fun.

Edit: Not that he went on a killing spree, mind. :D

I went dadric armor and Legendary 2 handed sword with 15 points fire damage. My 2 handed Legendary Ebony axe is for capturing souls. I like it when he implales his victim and then slams them to the ground spread eagle infront of him, best kill of the 3- 2 handed weapons. And not to mention decapitations. He is un-stopable
