Prior to Skyrim it seems that the expansion Bloodmoon for Morrowind was as close as we got to the Nord homeland.

What I wonder though is how some of the cool items from Bloodmoon never made it to Skyrim. Things that seemed very Nord-ish.

I really hope these things make an appearence in a DLC or something.

Fryse Hags and Dwemer Airships that can be piloted.

Flying a Dwemer Airship in Skyrim. Would that not be the coolest thing ever? Image a dragon attacking it as you sail about.

Dang somebody has to mod that in.

The little blue goblins riding boars were cool.

Another thing missing are the blue-skinned snow giants.
