Daedric bow at level 20?

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 2:14 pm

It could be possible, I've found Glass Armor in chests in the mid 20's and that armor is suppose to be a mid level 30 type item.

I'm level 27, and I have also found a couple of glass weapons already.

My best find to date was an ebony sword around level 8 or 10. I was ever so pissed when around level 20 or I was disarmed by a scourge and couldn't find it... So sad. Then shortly thereafter absolutely every high level boss had some kind of ebony and crisis was averted. ;)

Sometimes you just get really lucky. Another good find was a Dragonscale Shield. I think I may have been in the late 20s early 30s. Sold it since I was a spell sword and couldn't use shields. Ah, me.

Uh...I didn't even know you could find Daedric weapons in this game. I've had 3 different character LV 60+ and have never found a single daedric drop. I thought you could only craft those items.

I'm so jealous. My archer character needs that bow!
But it's probably just luck. Maybe Bethesda included a slight chance of finding a darrick weapon before level 50 or whatever?

Always did enjoy that small percent chance of getting a high tier item, cheers up any one person's day quickly.

True.
Its a great improvement over Oblivion where certain items just would not spawn until a level. Skyrim seems to have some fluidity.
It is also rare enough to be really special, like daedric gear in Daggerfall.
You remember even your next playthrough that your last one found dragonbone boots in that chest your new Dunmer just got 120 gold and an emerald from.

It's karma for specifically attempting to score a particular artifact.

I know that feeling. At level 33 i found a dragonplate shield. Playing on a mage, i did not need it. It is now sitting on a wall in my Windhelm house :)

I actually just found a daedric bow myself for the first time on my highest level character (~48)

I'd found some dragonplate boots ~38 on the same character.

Some people just get lucky, I guess! Congratulations on your find :)

The earliest I've seen a daedric equipment was at level 27. It was Daedric boots of Peerless Stamina, it was contained in the boss chest in a College of Winterhold quest. It seemed nearly useless considering I was playing a pure mage.
