I've levelled up my sneak conjugation and speech to level 100 and am level 45 thing is all my enimies are incredibly strong anyone know any awesome swords or tricks to give me more of an advantage against enimies?

if you havent spent all your skill points you should level up and fully upgrade(don't purchase the perks that deal with enchantment energy and soul gems) the enchantment skill and unchant a set of armor to increase a weapon skill (like twohanded weapons do 40% more damage) and do the second enchantment to upgrade Hp magika or sneak.(sneak and the weapon damage can stack)

Your weapon skill kind of is a priority, your one handed or archery should be maxed or near it.
