....Technically anyway. I was just treasure hunting in a forsworn controlled mine, just now I came across a forsworn briarhart and decided to pickpocket him. He had a dagger an a couple of reagents on him including one called briarhart so I took everything and he just died, i was pretty confused because i just thought it was like a random heart I'd taken but it turns out I pickpocketed his heart out of his chest lol....so erm yeah....that's the easiest way to kill them I guess ^^

And then that Briarheart send thugs after you for stealing from him.

That is probably the oddest glitch of the game, but like many of them I could make a funny story out of it to act like it was plot-relevant.

A Briarheart's Briarheart is the Briarheart's heart.

If you look at their chest you can see inside of their body and their Heart. They have stitches running across the opening.

Isn't there a bloody hole in their chest after you take the heart?

Not as silly as it seems: in the game we seen them being raised in a ritual, where there's an open-chested man on a table, and a human heart nearby.
