Anyway, as i look back at my 4 character i've created it seems to be pretty cut and dry:
1) My assassin's main strength was in killing with a posioned bow and arrows. I came to a point were i could simply one shot giants with a bow and arrow shot so he obviously became too over powered. and thus he's retired. However, his career in the DB and TG will not be forgoten.
2) My orc was an amazing guy. The first thing he did was go find an orc encampment, got involved with the tribes, and did all the quest for the tribes and got a bad ass god-like hammer. He then was hard at work in the mines and crafted all his armor and his fellow orc's that followed him from the tribes. The primetime in his career was the civil war. I would play on master difficulty, and not save the game during the fights so it was crazy fun. I could spend five hours just doing the same battle over and over again. However, he could not go into caves were people or creatures used magic or posions. That was his major weakness. Thus, after the civil war and compaions questlines he just goes around killing storm cloak POWs until some DLC comes out.
3) My mage, cant say i've put a lot of time in him yet. But the time i have, i've learned when i need to use my head and want to get techical about things i'll go back to him.
4)Then i have my khajit. He's a level 12 with 8 perks in one-handed and 3 in enchanment. He must rely on a follower to perform as a tank, and uses a dog as a meat shield. He also must depend on shouts as a key means of survial. Every inch that is travelled, every boss that is killed has been done so with blood sweat and tears. Everyday is a Call of Duty death match. He's one of my favorits so far as i can see playing him for so many hours. He's strong at DPS but literally has no defense as all attributes go into stamina.
Anyhow, there's my run down on my balance of charactors. So far, my Orc and Khajit has been the funnest insofar as combat and rewards go. However, my Khajit is still young so he's still looking for a sense of himself. My Orc went through the same thing, but when he got to the Orc encampments he found a meaningful existence from reading books and what not. It shaped the entire playthrough.
Anyhow, i'd like to hear your guys take on balancing out the gameplay and what you did with each one of your significant characters.
