Is there a place on these boards that is monitored by Bethesda to report problems or offer support?

This is a fairly straitforward question. No one can answer?

There's the "technical" forums for each platform, but they're only moderated by volenteers... not official bethesda representatives. You'll very rarely get a response from the company here.

What kind of support do you mean? There are the technical forums for such things.

Sometimes employees drop by, but in the main its other users posting on here.

Your best bet for help with an issue is posting on the relevant section of that, depending on what sort of device you play Skyrim on.
