There is no one who has experienced the same problem?
I am level 50 and my save arrive at the number 700. This problem start about from level 48 but sometime, now the problem happen more frequently.
I am currently doing the quest to rescue Esbern of the Blade. When arrive at Riverwood and enters inside the tavern after the door the Esbern NPC remains frozen, the same thing happens for all the other NPCs inside the tavern. Same thing happened to me other times with other NPC but were less important, the problem is I do not go forward in the main quest.

I tried to sleep, but when I woke up only Delphine and Esbern were still frozen.

Another time happen that the NPCs are frozen and rotate on himself, you can see the NPC that rotate the head to offset the rotation... really strange and a little bit funny

Can you help me ?
