I'm currently level 3, if I wait 'til say level 10 or 15 will it be a stronger weapon?

They level with the character, so it doen't really matter. You just need to improve it via smithing every now and then.

Yeah. Skyforge Steel weapons function like any of the standard metals - they aren't leveled, you can improve them with smithing, etc., etc. Actually, because they're as strong as Elven weapons but can be upgraded the same as any Steel weapon, they're excellent weapons until you hit Glass/Ebony.

They don't "level with the character" unless you get a mod to do so. They're set based on the current level of your character. Should you wait? Nah. They're good when ever you get them, and they're eventually worthless no matter what you do... so get them when ever you can.

No, there arent too many levelled artifiacts in the game......a majority are assoicated with the thieves guild.

Well, worthless is far from the truth- they are nearly as effective as ebony, but do not require 4 perks in smithing to improve effectively - so if you take the arcane smith route you will be able to improve them excellently (as they are steel) but they perform above and beyond steel.

Saying they are worthless is quite ignorant, they can easily be used throughout a characters career- even on master with appropriate planning.

Get them as soon as possible, they are quite effective weapons- it is a shame the dagger is still glitched.

I got mine early, improved it whenever I could. Ended up enchanting it with shock and traded it back and forth with another sword.
