I'm trying to get all the Derdric Artifects but sadly, A dragon showed up and killed one of the triggers for "Peices of the Past" Very angry, would I be able to Do all the other quests for the artifect and then start a new game and just do peaces of the past and will it give me the trophie?

Unfortunately, you'll have to start another playthrough. You're required to obtain all of them in a single run through. If you can, reload an auto-save or a save file and try it again. Other than that, you're out of luck. Sorry.

Immortal npcs is an awful design. If it's for a quest you absolutely need to do, reload a save. You must have one from earlier. If not, lesson learned.

I found a save from a while ago of my chara from a eraler level,What if I get the quest done, then go load my same chara but just more leveled up? So example I've done them all on my level 80, but then go back to my level 20 and complete the quest will it count

There is nothing that says you can't go start from an earlier save, run through the artifact quests to get the trophy and then go pick up where you left off with your regular game. The only requirement is that whatever triggers the trophy has to happen during a single play-through. But you could get the "Gatekeeper" trophy with one character, "Revealling the Unseen" with a second and the "Eye of Magnus" trophy with a third. A lot of players would choose to do it with the same character since they're all in the same quest-line, but it doesn't have to happen that way.

Depending on which one that died...well lets just say you can still get it.
