I apologise for starting this thread, but dont know how else to contact you, I pmed Gstaff about the fact that I could not post links, he sent a reply saying I should now be able to, when I tried I was still denied, and when I tried to PM him back it told me I did not have permission to pm! please help!

The report button under your posts immediately sends out a PM to several mods. So that should always be an option

I believe it is 5 posts and 7 days membership. Yeah you can't post more than one PM in 24 hours either.

Info -

New users go to Newbie group which cannot edit their signature and can only send 1 PM in a 24 hour period.

Newbie and Member groups cannot post links until they have fulfilled both of the following requirements: they have been registered for 7 days AND they have made 5 posts
