Rating males: (a question to female Skyrim players)

Post » Sun Jun 10, 2012 7:25 pm

I was just wondering. How do women who play Skyrim rate male characters? Obviously you can't meet them personally, so if you meet a male character and you wanna marry them, how do you rate them? Just by looks or what they stand for? Tell me, i'm intrigued. :whistling:

I don't want to marry the males, unfortunately.
I imagine that a house and whether or not they are a trader would come into it. Ha!

Are you saying you are lisbian or do the men in Skyrim don't tickle your fancy?

Both. Seriously, I looked at the list of wed-able (not a word, I know) male characters in Skyrim and I feel bad for those people who have heterosixual female characters. They stink! I've not met them all though so maybe some of them have cool attitudes.

I think that Adrianne Avenicci's husband would be a good catch were he single.

If my character marries it's mostly based on who I feel would suit them best rp-wise. I don't glom around for the hottest guy. It has to be a story that makes sense and that I like.

My Nord thief married Balimund because she was based in Riften and spent time at his forge doing some leatherworking (no that is not innuendo  ). My orc warrior married Farkas because she was a Companion and his laid-back personality seemed to suit her best, and I thought the experience of

beast blood
would be a bonding thing that would overcome the racial differences. My Stormcloak pines for Ulfric. My Altmer mage didn't marry anyone because it didn't suit her character. My Dunmer male will probably marry Jenassa and make cute grey babies someday.

Is Balgruuf the Greater married, by the way? Is his wife dead? What's up with that? My character would totally consider marrying him to become Jarl even if at least two of those three kids are brats.

I'm not a woman, but my last female character thought Erik the Slayer was good-looking.

I think he's a widower, not sure, though.
