The magic pickaxe? : V

Now I heard from a friend of mine that there was a certain pickaxe that you can find somewhere that will transmute your ore (for example) iron ore into silver then silver into gold. Is there really a pickaxe that does that or was he just makeing it up?

Dunno, but there's a Transmute spell you can get that does that.

Dunno, but there's a Transmute spell you can get that does that.

I got that one in early-game, brought me allot of profit back then....buy a load of iron-ore from a vendor, transmute it to gold ore, and sell it back

I don't know if there's an axe that can cast a conjuration spell, but you can use smithing to improve them.

I guess that is one way to go about it. Personally I use silver and gold ore to make jewelry, enchant that and sell it a bit more work but a higher pay off.
