okay I've notice at least 3 that are friendly but anyways i was thinking that there should be more Orc settlements

Honestly I thought that was plenty. If anything they just need to put more to do in the ones that are there and make them a bit bigger.

yeah i agree because when i saw it for the first time i was like "wtf? is this it?"

make an orc, roleplay the orc from the settlements, do all the quest for orc settlements. read all the books in orc settlements. make an orc that is two-handed,heavy armor, and a blacksmith.

the play on master diffifulty. after that join the civil war on the imperial side cause thats what orcs do if you read the books. make all your own armor for you and all orc followers that you mine from a orchise mine.

when you fight in the civil war wear only imperial armor. do not use any food or potions for health. play on master. and beat each strong hold without saving during it.

that my friend was one of my greatest play throughs on Skyrim so far in a nut shell. Also, make the Orc settlements your main base. Dont be a "city orc"

you will have a BLAST, enjoy.

4 is plenty I think, but what I really would have liked is maybe some more quest content to them.

I did want there to be more to them, and for them to be more varied.

I would have liked an actual Orcish city, I also would like the camps to be bigger as well, and I would like them to have some variation. For that matter I think all of the settlements and cities are to small.
