So i noticed the enviroment seems very dark, regardless of how much light there is wherever im at.

Like if im in an open field standing in the sunlight, my characters face looks like im hiding in a closet.

Is there some setting or something that affects this, because its really irritating and makes no sense lighting wise at all.

Is the environment dark or just your character? You might need to adjust the video settings.

The enviroment isnt dark, but my character is.

Like theres nothing around, in a flat field with sun out and my characters face is dark like theres shadows on it.

By the way i did turn shadows off completely, so its not shadows, but something else.

If i try to take screenshots i can never get a bright look.

I have the same bug.

Do you have ambient occlusion activated in your drivers?

I have this, and I'm on console, so you can't say that it was mods that did this.
