Companions, Sign Stones and Perks.

First off, I was wondering if it's worth getting the "Conditioning" perk from the heavy armor tree, or If i should just use the Steed Sign Stone? Or is there another stone I should use instead? (I am a Heavy armored Two handed weapon user, btw.)

Second, If I give potions to a companion/follower, will he/she use it? Gave one to my current one, but I have not seem him use it so far.

Also, For a Warrior-ish class, Is it worth it to get a few perks from Archery? Like.. 5/5 Overdraw, 1/1 Eagles Eye, 1/1 Power shot and 1/1 Quick Shot maybe?

No one here can tell you which playstyle you'll enjoy most. If you find yourself wanting to use a bow more, then level it up. If you find that you want more inventory space and not have to take the perk in Heavy Armor, take the Steed Stone. If not, use another stone.

I play a heavy armored thief. I have all the heavy armor perks except reflect blows, simply because I haven't selected that one yet (but I probably will at some point. Conditioning is great, especially if you are concerned about your carry weight limit. And taking the cushioned perk (on the way to conditioning) makes it less frightening to run down shear cliffs (which I do quite a bit). Conditioning and matching set are well worth it, and if you are going to wear heavy armor at all, you might as well go all in on the perks. But that's just my opinion. I can use whatever stone I prefer and still have no armor weight or get slowed down by my armor.

As for archery, overdraw seems to work just fine without any other perks. I've only got 3 on overdraw, and if I use a poison on my arrow I can generally kill most things with one arrow. (my helmet has an archery enchant on it as well.)

Alright, I missed out on the fact that Conditioning removes the weight of armor you wear, so thanks for pointing that out. :)

I was not asking for people to tell me what playstyle I "have" to play. I just like to hear people's opinions. :P

I remember giving Lydia potions of healing and she used them during combat.
