Hello, i have a problem as make me not able to continiue the mage guild. But when i go and speak to the Archmage he just completes the quest Under Saarthal and gives me the staff of mage light . He dont start the quest "hitting the books", and it wont start when i talk to the Orc either (i have tried loading saves before i completed the quest before: Under Saarthal) . Could it be thatt i stole the staff of magelight before this quest (i've tried putting it in the Archmage chest but it didn't work. DO anyone know a way to start the quest with console? Please help me, and thanks for your time!

Edit. Problem solved, after unabeling some mods it worked

Well, you're supposed to talk to the Orc librarian to start the quest, and if that doesn't work it may be a bug?
AFAIK the staff of magelight is a reward for completing the previous quest. Shouldn't have anything to do with starting the next one.

Look at the notes at the very bottom of page. Might be able to setstage or something. Sorry, not familiar with console so you will have to give it a try or maybe someone else can help.

Check you haven't already been assigned the quest and that it isn't hiding away with another other million miscellaneous quests you have no intention of doing!

Well i was gonna try the set stage thingy, but i tested one last time withour console, and it worked! YEEEEEEEEES! THANKS GUYS!
