Menu bug still going (Xbox 360)

If this has already been posted, I'm sorry. I couldn't find a fix for this whatsoever. I've searched for an hour because it's really frustrating me.

So, this is a problem for a lot of people, When pressing B to view the menu, The menu is unresponsive. I've turned off the menu autosave, cleared my cache, deleted un-needed save files, and used the menu button to restore functionality.

This was happening at first when I bought Skyrim, but it stopped after I installed the game to my Xbox. When I returned to Skyrim for a 2nd time after stopping for a month or so. It's even worse than before. 4/5 Menu visits I can't do anything, and since I started playing again my favorites menu is also doing it, as well as potion creation menu. haven't noticed it as often on other menus, although it does occur rarely, and at an increasing rate of freezes.

I'm not an angry gamer looking to complain and this isn't a game killer for me, It only gets annoying after playing for a while. I'm just wondering if Bethesda is working on a fix for this? I've looked at the other patch fixes and this isn't mentioned at all.

A few things ...

- When you clear the game cache, it will cause your menus to operate slower the first time you access them.

- None of my menu's freeze, per say, but may appear unresponsive when moving the right joystick in a given direction (usually right). It's almost as if by moving the stick before the menu (even favorites) is "set" it'll remain unresponsive to that particular direction until you move the stick in another direction. E.g., open the main menu and immediately move the stick right to go to Items, but it seems frozen; but quickly moving it left (highlighting magic) will then allow the right direction to function properly.

- Make sure you don't have the key duplication problem -- this can dramatically slow down menu access as well as cause other problems. Check the keys in your inventory and make sure none of them (e.g., Dwemer Museum key) are spawning. If so, move all but one to a dead corpse so that they'll disappear along with that corpse when it cleans up.
