Between Markarth and Dead Crone Rock, I've seen 10+ forsworn all together and not hostile. I didn't side with Madanach (he's dead), during No One Escapes Cidhna Mine. Are there more groups like this, or is my game glitching? Prevously, all Forsworn that I've come across have all been hostile.

I recently spotted a dragon and it landed off in the distance. When I got there, I saw another large group of Forsworn, who took down the beast before I got there, which was convenient.

Not far from Markarth, I saw a group of Forsworn taking down some orcs along side some of the Companions.

I wasn't sure if this was a bug or intended. I was also surprised to see 10-15 forsworn all walking about, and non hostile, when I've done nothing to get on their good side. As I've killed plenty of them, I've given them plenty of reason to be hostile.

If they continue to kill dragons for me, then it's all good. I just don't want to see all of Skyrim full of Forsworn when they are supposed to be limited to the Reach areas.

I've had a kind of random encounter where several forsworn take on imperials or stormcloaks (can't remember which) - the forsworn annihilated them and were then non hostile to my character. This was before doing any quests in any way related to them. They were still there a couple of days later, standing around doing nothing. Other forsworn in named locatiomns were as hostile as usual.

Haven't seen this myself, but if I had to guess I'd venture killing all those hagravens somehow broke the hold their dark magics had over the minds of an otherwise decent bunch of disadvantaged reachmen.

I always thought there should be a "new homeland" quest for these poor sods.
