Have I left anything out? Seems like DB is the only faction that I have exprienced smooth sailing so far.

Really? The patch notes said they were fixing the Purity of Revenge bug, although from the description in the patch notes it sounded like Bethesda did not really understand the problem. It is a sad state of affairs when the fans understand the bugs better than the developer. It is too bad these were not fixed. Hopefully they will be fixed soon.
