is it just me or the game. If you are suppose to be this amazing guy they give you a title and everything people know you "look its the dragonborn" but like i guess basiclly anybody can the Thuu'm so it gets me mad why they make me soooo special wen anyboy can have this!!!!!!

They make a point of saying that yes, anyone can use the Thu'um with sufficient training. The Dragonborn are able to use the Thu'um without any training at all, just like the dragons. Ordinary people also cannot absorb the souls of dragons, something you as Dragonborn can do.

That's what makes you special.

The Thu'um doesn't make you dragonborn, it's the soul absorbing that does that.

As a guard says at some point, "Can the Thu'um be taught like any skill?". Yes, it can.

as the previous said, the dragon shouts anyone can learn by extensive training. Being a Dragonborn means you can learn new words without this training simply by absorbing dragon souls. So the shout in itself isn't what makes you special, but how you learn the new words is.

Everyone else needs years and years to learn a single Th'um. Dragonborn does it in seconds as long as there are Dragons and Word Walls.
That is ignoring the fact that Dragonborn have more abilities that our Hero (currently) doesn't possess.
