So I was thinking, after seeing the gamejam vid wouldn't be good if lycanthropy was explored further?
So here's my hypothetical DLC (Yes I'm more than aware it won't be made )

in the book 16 accords of madness Volume VI: we see a bet happening between the Lord of the Hunt Hircine and the Mad God Sheogorath. A contest between Hircine's Lycanthropy infrected Ancient Deadroth champion and Sheogorath's tiny humming bird, ultimately Sheogorath won but what if this wasn't then end of it?

What is these two Deadric Princes have agreed that the battle would be fought again in a Thousand years time, and that time is upon us.

In preperation Hircine issues a call for a champion and the wereclans of Skyrim heed the call:

The Brides of Hircine, Vicious, Savage and Beautiful, these wild warrior women are deadly and blessed with the Blood of Werewolves.

The Shields of Ursine, an ancient Nord clan that date from the time of Atmora, Mighty with shield and axe and blessed with the ability to shift into Werebears.

The Gnashing Tusks, degerate cannibals who worship Namira as much as Hircine and have the terrible ability to change into Monstrous wereboars.

and finally. You.

The DLC could offer the player the chance to join/ fight each clan to become Hircine's Champion and expand Lycanthropy by adding different Beast forms with different stats and effects for instance:

Werewolves as we know are fast and deadly, able to sprint vast distances in very little time. The Beast Form gives an extra 100 health and stamina but the Were-bear form could be more defensively inclined giving a base boost of 400 health and stamina but not nearly as fast sprinting and claw damage.
The Were-boar form could be somewhere in the middle with a boost of about 200 health and stamina but with medium speed. They could however have the extra effect of receiving more health from eating fallen enemies and get a slight health regeneration.

Joining a clan would open the Were skill tree, completion of the Quest would reward the player by giving them the ability to Commune with Hircine and switch beast forms, it would also give a chance to recieve either the Saviour's Hide or the Ring of Hircine if the player completed the deadric quest a specific way.

The completion of the quest could also open the way for a super secret questline where the Player could receive a fourth beast form: Weredragon.

So what do you guys think? (Pipe dream I know, but it'd be cool right?)

Well maybe not join a clan but certainly you should get rewards for it.
As for were dragons, I just think the Dovahkhin is supposed to have the soul of a dragon yes? wouldn't it be awesome if he/she could turn into a Were-dragon? get buffs for shouts and can still use them in Were-dragon from.

Make it a reward of a major quest though, for example gathering all the dragon masks and collecting the heart of Alduin or something.

Weredragon is too much for me. Its along the same lines as riding dragons.... I'm all for form changing and it's own skill tree. I'm definitley down for vampires and werewolves/bears getting even more content but turning into a dragons is overkill for me.
