i was wondering when u r sneaking and cast say a fireball does it do extra damage like it would if u used daggers?

No sneak damage perks only affect weaponry.

Illusion magic has a perk to allow you to cast and remain hidden, but you still dont get any bonuses.

I always thought this was a little unfair... why do all assassins in The Elder Scrolls have to be dagger or bow wielders. Shock hands should be just fine
