Ok ive play TES from morrowind and up and i have dabble here and there in arcane arts, but mainly i have been a sword and board, assassin/thief, or berserker. Im still having fun with those builds, but maybe its the alcohol talking but i have found a spec i wanna try out but i am new to the "mage" side, so any advice or tips be most welcome. ok jumping in..

First off, i aint touching swmithing tree at all, i will be using problemly fur armor or semilar armor and maybe just end up with nightgale at the end but will only be wearing armor as i find it, as is. Trying to keep a "wilderness" or 'wildman" look goign on.
So wearing light armor will put points into LA tree.
Using bound sword and a shield, and since shields are kinda devoid or screwy as far as which perks effect them, problemly later just console the dragon shield in.

So basically i will still be a "melee" type but at a severe disadvantage which i will have to use magic to stay alive. So will be going into the alteration tree for the "flesh" spells to cover what my armor isnt and since bound sword kinda goes limp in later levels, im gonna have to survive with frenzy and calm spells. Ill problemly use vanish to creep away to heal myself.

Ow ya, planning on becoming a vampire so i know im gonna need the magic regen, sta from healing in the resto tree, and of course goign with the necromage perk since other than the boost to enchants alrdy in place, i think its doing whats its suppose to but thats just me, its just an opionion and it lets me sleep at night wither im right or wrong lol.

Also, this gonna be a RP playthru if i can coem up with a story and drive that fits what i like, i rather he be more "wild" and wary of cities so advice and tips on RP be nice also. And since it be a RP standpoint, i dotn think im gonna go the summon daedra route, but if i can coem up with a story i might be willing to incorporate the raising of the dead.

Just wanna go a route of having to use alot of different spells and abilites instead of just sneaking and then "wacking and slashing". To basically place my toon in a position to use those nice spells but i dont want him to be all powerful and be great at everything, i wanna leave soem areas in builds alone.

Dont know if im gonna touch enchanting, im gonna lvl it to get myself higher levels to get perks.....but dont think ill use it to "OP" myself since theres also the resto tree bug with enchanting.

So long story short, new build for myself any advice or tips to go about battles be most welcome, and any advice or suggestions to go for RP story are also most welcoming. Im gonna make this build work lol.
