Right now it's in beta on steam so I would guess it's at least 2 weeks away for consoles, probably more.

^Even though kill cameras are a bit naff, I must admit I squee'd a little knowing that spells will now have them.

I know. A killcam feature with my mage... Hope they include an option to turn it off
