Well, if ur not making armor, i'd say go ahead and fetch a nice price for what you're killing. It's not an easy life, the life of a dragon slayer. But some additional coin'll help ya get the job done. Ha!

I have full legendry dragonplate complete with enchantments to boost skill heath and stamina. TBH it might be a bit overpowered as I can stroll into a city kill anyone I like and stroll out. Sure all the guards attack but its like attacking a tank with a stick I dont have to fight back I dont even have to run.

The dragon armor was a let down. Specifically the Dragonplate armor and the horrible Dragonscale Bonnet.

You are a Dremora right? Daedrics look is awful as it has been in every TES. Only Dremoras may like to wear it. If I have to chose between Dragon and Daedric I'l choose Dragonscale. It has much better look.

Well if its about looks you could always just save, get the perk, make a set, try it out, keep if likey or load back if no likey.

Besides it's not like you have to use the whole set, the boots and gloves could match something else and still look good. ^^

imo ebony is the best looking set followed by steel plate. Hell with Ebony you can hit the armor cap no problem andhave the benefit of its looks so I kind of simply ignored daedric and dragon smithing, you can make quite a bit of dragon crap from the merchants so just sell the bones and scales

I believe you can reach the armour cap with anything as long as you have the right perks/potions etc.

i dont see it, an orc with certain fur armor looks better! ebony armor makes you look like the fresh prince of bel air...with the hat sideways!

I've gone both ways and enjoyed it both times. It's more up to your character and you to decide. There is no "best" choice because there's no need for min/max-ing this game. We play for the story we create, or we don't play for long.

It's depended on the character for me. With a warrior and Heavy Armor perks, I stop at Ebony or Daedric, because I think those two look way better than DragonPlate. With my Assassin char, I used light armor but didn't have any perks in it, so I went up to DragonScale because that gave me the highest Armor Rating. (DragonScale is still ugly, IMO, but at least not as bad as DragonPlate).
