Is it still problems to load large saves as before, i know that when i reached a certain MB Skyrim could not load that save.
Is the issue fixed or is it still the same?, and if it is the same is there any workaround for it?

Large save game bloat was almost totally eliminated with the 1.4 patch. New saves seem to benefit more than older, already bloated saves but the associated instability seems to have been corrected. My save had grown steadily before v1.4 to around 11.5 mb in <150 hours of play. It shrunk by one megabyte after patching and has only grown to around 12.5 mb 150 hours of play later.
