I searched for a thread on this and only found an old one that didn't answer my problem. So, here's my issue. I've finished the Companions story and did the totems for Aela and now want to cure my Lycanthropy. The weird thing is the only 2 companions that will even give me jobs are Vilkas and Aela. Farkas just tells me what a good friend I am to him and there are no other options. So, after doing a bunch of quests for Vilkas he finally brings up the Purity quest, I accept and all ready have the witches heads on me so we head out the door. As soon as we are outside he turns around and goes back in and when I look at the quest it has moved to the finished section. It doesn't say failed or anything like that. When I go to talk to him again he gives me another random quest. I've tried getting him to follow me to Ysgamor and he always says, "it looks like you all ready have someone with you." but I have no follower. I'm so confused. Help?
