First of all, it's pretty normal for the gamer generation to be obsessed with something. And second: look at Mass Effect 3. Seriously, compared to ME3's fanbase, TES has a really easy going fellowship.

I like it a lot just like Twilight fans (obviously) like Twilight. It could be like candy or movies. In that respect; yes. Skyrim having emo-tones like Twilight; no.

Exactly what does OP mean with "Twilight"? No matter how i turn that word around, I can't get it to fit Skyrim.

They were both made with the same skill level, so I can see the similarities there. However, Twilight doesn't have a CK to turn it into a decent product.
