I searched for hircine s ring in tes wiki and it says that this ring gives additional transformation, what are those additional transformation?

It doesn't give you different forms, but it allows you to transform as many times as you want in one day.

I was pretty sure it's unlimited.
The power "Hircine's Ring" (or something) can be used continuously, or it was when I had it.
It has been awhile, I'll admit.

I used to use it as my primary form of transportation.

The ring, like all items, is unequipped when you transform. Re-equipping it after reverting to your normal form will allow you to use it again.
