So apparently you can have a flame ice and lighting cloak on while your a werewolf not only that the stone flesh spells can also be active during beastform.and if your special racial ability has a set amount of time like histskin then your werewolf will be a force to be reconed with.....well untill the spells run out.
this will work out alot better if your a mage who invested heavily on alteration and destruction perks.
