While it is really funny, I would suggest that whoever made it be careful when using copyrighted material. If Bill Keane ever found out, he might not be as amused.
While I do agree in principal, as copyrights are serious business, this sort of thing has been done for years, usually tongue-in-cheek. I've seen some that are good, like making Peanuts actually funny (much like Family Circus). It's when it's done for profit that clearly it oversteps the line. For example, the stupid car decals of Calvin (of Calvin and Hobbes).
