Got the PC 1.689 patch : V

I just turned on steam and skyrim updated to PC 1.689. Am I missing something? I thought it wasn't out yet and all I've seen is the patch for the xbox 360.

I think the patch must be out for PC now as well. There was another post earlier mentioning this as well.
